Creative Networks provides a monitoring service which allows our support team to be alerted whenever their are problems at your site.

Our support team are alerted to problems - by email or SMS as soon as their is an issue so we can proactively deal with problem. The problem is then resolved or you are notified of the situation. A set of standard checks focusing on key services are carried out daily and a health report showing the status of the services are email to your desk every morning.

This allows you the peace of mind and confidence you network is in safe hands. You can choose what elements you wish to subscribe to making this service totally flexible to your needs.

The 24x7 monitoring service is a subscription based, for which you will be billed monthly. You can customise and select what you would like to be monitored allowing greater flexibility. The cost of the service can be built in to your support plan or you can purchase as a seperate service.
