Emergency response - if you have a critical problem that can’t be resolved remotely, an IT Lab engineer will arrive at your offices to fix the problem.  Dependent on your requirement, we can guarantee a response within two hours

Scheduled visits - our engineers will visit on a regular basis to conduct routine preventative maintenance, undertake remedial work, answer user queries, install new devices, incorporate software fixes, re-configure user software or undertake activities like implementing remote access facilities for mobile or field-based staff.
