Onsite visits

Onsite visits are scheduled by appointment and are included in Contract support. Pay & Go customers have the option to Purchase onsite visits as and when required.

The service will provide a MCSE Certified Engineer to attend your premises to conduct a variety of checks and assessments, The engineer will act as your IT manager who will review and communicate any issues or developments.

The site visits will include maintenance check to ensure your systems are running smoothly.

Onsite visits can also be booked as an emergency requirements where urgent attention is required.
