Project management is an area of endeavor involving a methodical approach to planning and guiding processes from start to finish. This ensures that client’s projects are delivered on time and budget.

Managing a large project is no easy task, the design, implementation, resourcing, and training.  Many factors are reliant on each other and are susceptible to failure.

What we will do

Creative Networks Project Managers operate as a central conduit to all parties concerned, they believe that surprises should be eradicated from the implementation process thus enabling them to deliver the project on-time, on-budget allowing the customer to gain maximum benefit from the investment made.

We will follow the project lifecycle from the project plan to the client sign off.

Predominantly based on Prince2 and ITIL Project Management methodology our Project Managers are focused on delivering a cost effective, resilient and risk free conclusion to all commissioned projects that are passed to them by the Consultants.
